Atari Centipede

Atari Centipede is a classic fixed shooter arcade game where players engage in combat against various creepy crawlers like centipedes, spiders, scorpions, and fleas with the help of a bugblaster. Your goal is to survive for as long as possible in the midst of this thrilling game. The bugblaster shoots small darts at the segmented centipede, which typically comprises around 10 to 12 body parts, topped by the head. When a segment is hit, it transforms into a mushroom, yet each piece of the centipede continues its independent descent towards you. To vanquish the centipede, target its head with precision. To navigate the bugblaster and take down the centipede, players can use either the keyboard or the mouse.
